We provide funeral services at our funeral parlours, third-party owned funeral homes, churches and the homes of our customers. Our funeral packages are tailored to our customers’ requirements, in accordance to their respective cultural and religious practices.
Our funeral packages are offered both on an as-needed and pre-needed basis. Our ‘as-needed’ products and services are available to customers who require immediate funeral arrangements upon the demise of their loved ones. On the other hand, our ‘pre-needed’ products and services cater to customers who wish to pre-plan their own funeral arrangements or that of their loved ones.

What is the differences between As Need and Pre Need?
As Need
As Need products and services applies to all instant case where customer require the funeral service immediately upon the demise of their loved ones
Pre Need
Pre Need products and services are for anyone who wish to Pre Plan and purchase the Nirvana Life Plan (NLP)/ Funeral Service Package (FSP) in advanced for their own or their loved ones to enjoy discount.
Where can I use the funeral services?
Our funeral services are available at our funeral homes, third-party funeral homes, churches and at customer’s home
NLP/ FSP can be exercised at following area:

– Nirvana 2 Parlour (Harmony & Blessing to add RM 1,000)

Are there Buddhist, Taoist, Christian, atheist or Soka Gakkai packages?
We offer several different packages to cater the needs for Buddhist, Taoist, Christian, atheist or Soka Gakkai
Are there any minimum waiting period for the Pre Need NLP/ FSP?
A minimum of 30 days waiting period is needed before the package can be used otherwise it would be considered as As Need or Instant case
What is the first things to do when someone need to use the Funeral Service?
For the loved ones who passed away at home, please make a police report at the nearest police station.
For the loved ones who passed away in the hospital, the hospital will issue death certificate.
Is there addition charge for outstation service?
Yes, there will be additional charges for service provided away from 35km HQ or Nirvana parlours. Please contact our agent for more information.
